Refund policy

Each item is carefully handmade in small batches, with intention and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products — and the scale of our studio — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery at hello@tebetextiles.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
