What is TEBE's return policy?
Each item is carefully crafted in small batches, with intention and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, and the scale of our studio, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at hello@tebetextiles.com with your order number and photos, and we'll take care of it <3

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — all purchases are considered final sale. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the small scale of our studio, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery at hello@tebetextiles.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll take care of it. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only, but we’re looking to expand shipping internationally in the future!
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $4.50 for all U.S. orders. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax).
Where is TEBE manufactured?
TEBE products are thoughtfully hand-sewn by the founder in Los Angeles, made with curated fabrics in limited quantities to ensure quality, care, and a personal touch in every piece <3
